Photos of Lucia with a bruise on her chin are part of Oksana’s sealed declaration to the court, a source tells Radar.

Mel has admitted on tape to hitting Oksana while she was holding Lucia, then only two months old. Oksana claims he knocked out her teeth and hit the child in the process.

“What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face? What kind of a man is that?” Oksana asks on tape.

Mel’s response: “You know what? You f**cking deserved it.”

Mel and Oksana are due in family court Thursday for a custody hearing.

The boy’s father, Kaine Horman, filed for divorce Monday from Terri Moulton Horman, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and requested a restraining order, which was granted shortly after by a judge in Portland.

The couple were married in April 2007.

According to court documents made available Tuesday, the father had a new, undisclosed address as of three days earlier.

The restraining order was requested under terms of Oregon’s Family Abuse Prevention Act. That document remained sealed Tuesday, but such petitions are required to cite instances of abuse, or attempted abuse, “with particularity,” including dates, according to a guide compiled for the state’s court system.

Terri Moulton Horman and her estranged husband have a 19-month-old daughter, and she also has a teenage son from a previous marriage.

Investigators have not named Terri Horman as a suspect in the Kyron’s disappearance. They have said she’s the last person known to have seen him before he vanished June 4.

In granting the restraining order, Judge Keith Meisenheimer said releasing that court document “will not risk compromising the effort to find Kyron Horman and related criminal investigations.”

Although she and the boy’s father put up a united front for the first three weeks, that has changed. A statement in support of the investigation was released Monday, but it was only signed by Kaine Horman, the boy’s mother Desiree Young, and her husband, Tony Young.

Terri Horman was at the countryside home she had shared with Kaine Horman in the northwestern part of the city on Tuesday, but did not respond to reporters assembled outside.

Asked Tuesday about the divorce filing, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Lt. Mary Lindstrand said it was “a personal matter between the parties, so we’re not commenting on it.”

Terri Horman told investigators that she last saw the boy after they attended an early morning science fair at his elementary school in a wooded area of northwest Portland. She said he walked down a hallway toward his second-grade classroom, wearing a “CSI” T-shirt and dark cargo pants.

Deputies have asked the public for information on Terri Horman’s whereabouts on June 4. She has reportedly taken two polygraph tests.

During the search for Kyron, police have combed woods and fields near the couple’s house and the school, and a large island in the Willamette River. A helicopter and divers helped ground teams in the search.

“When they let me go, they told the entire staff in a staff meeting that I had been fired and the reason why they let me go. And then they called all of my parents to my fourth-grade students and told them as well,” Hamilton said.

‘Didn’t know it would cost me my job’
Hamilton said her problems are all the result of her being honest. A widow with five children from her first marriage, she had gotten work as a teacher at Southland Christian School in January 2008. Meanwhile, she also met Treftz, and they planned a Feb. 20, 2009, wedding.

Three weeks before the wedding, she conceived her daughter, Sarah.

In April 2009, Hamilton and Treftz went together to Ennis and told him she would be taking maternity leave in the fall. She says Ennis first complained that it was difficult for the school to cover women on maternity leave.

“I was only requesting a standard six weeks maternity leave, and as the conversation progressed, he said, ‘I’m just trying to do the math here. When did you get married?’ ” Hamilton told Curry.

Hamilton said she answered partly because she was so surprised by the very personal question.

“I was absolutely shocked. It came out of nowhere. I was honest about it. I didn’t know it would cost me my job,” she said.

Fired for ‘fornication’
A week later, she was notified that she was terminated.

That’s a long way from saying teachers are prohibited from having premarital sex, the couple argue.

“If there was a contract in place that had a specific morality clause, I think that would make a difference,” Treftz said.

Hamilton agreed, adding, “At least people would know what they’re getting into. I didn’t know that they were going to judge so harshly; that this was the way they felt about premarital sex. I wasn’t clear what their stance was on certain issues.”

According to an e-mail circulated among the couple’s associates on Tuesday, the Gores said it was “a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration.”

Gore spokeswoman Kalee Kreider confirmed the statement came from the Gores, but declined to comment further.

The Gores were telling friends they “grew apart” after 40 years of marriage and there was no affair involved, according to two longtime close associates and family friends, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

The associates said the Gores, over time, had carved out separate lives, with the former vice president on the road frequently. One of the associates said: “Their lives had gotten more and more separated.”

Al Gore lost the 2000 presidential election to Republican George W. Bush. He has since campaigned worldwide to draw attention to climate change, which in 2007 led to a Nobel Peace Prize and an Oscar for the documentary “An Inconvenient Truth.”

Tipper Gore was a co-founder in 1985 of the Parents Music Resource Center, which pushed for parental warning labels on music with violent or sexually explicit lyrics. The group drew the ire of musicians ranging from Dee Snider of Twisted Sister to Frank Zappa, who said warning labels were unnecessary and a danger to freedom.

Tipper Gore later became friends with the late Zappa’s wife, Gail, and played drums and sang backup on daughter Diva Zappa’s album in 1999.

The Gores have four adult children, Karenna, Kristin, Sarah and Albert III.

Dwyane Wade called the lawsuit “baseless and meritless,” and Union issued a statement insisting the allegations are false.

Siohvaughn Wade filed the suit in Chicago this week, the latest chapter in the lengthy, often-nasty divorce saga between the former high school sweethearts who separated in 2007. She and Dwyane Wade had two sons, ages 8 and 2, who are listed as plaintiffs.

An attorney for Siohvaughn Wade did not immediately respond to an interview request.

“Each and every allegation made is entirely false,” said an attorney for Union.

The lawsuit alleges Union “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of the boys, which “severely inflicted the Plaintiffs emotionally and mentally.” It also claims that the boys received “medium size gifts” from Dwyane Wade for Christmas last year, while Union got “the biggest gift of all.”

“Defendant has played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress,” the lawsuit reads. “Defendant has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwyane Wade, in the presence of his two minor children.”

Damages in excess of $50,000 are being sought by Siohvaughn Wade.

Union’s attorney, said the accusations were first made about a month ago in court, although the actress was not named as a defendant at that time.

Sandra Bullock’s split from Jesse James will likely be a clean break, a legal expert tells PEOPLE, and the actress’s new son Louis won’t be an issue in the case.

Bullock filed for divorce on April 23 in Austin, Texas, where she maintains a home and discreetly used her backwards initials “B.A.S.” and James’s initials “J.J.G” on the paperwork.

“Her legal filing indicates that both she and Jesse are seeking an amicable settlement and that there will be no children at issue in this divorce,” says Daryl Weinman, an Austin-based family law attorney who’s not involved with the case. “I wouldn’t be surprised if this divorce wraps up quietly within two months.”

The lawyer adds that Bullock has no legal rights over James’s three children and if she wants visitation, she’ll have to request that from a judge in a separate proceeding. The former couple could also reach a private visitation agreement. Bullock has said she intends to remain in their lives.

Although it’s unclear from the papers whether they have a prenuptial agreement, James won’t be entitled to spousal support, Weinman explains, because in Texas a couple must be married for a minimum of 10 years for a spouse to qualify for support.

As for Bullock’s use of initials instead of her full name on her filing, Weinman says, “I’ve never seen anything like that before. It’s clear that Sandra is seeking as private a divorce as possible.”

Nordegren has apparently been meeting intensively with her divorce lawyer, and is expected to file soon.

Despite reports that Elin Nordegren will stand by husband Tiger Woods despite his cheating scandal, a source close to the Swedish model tells Pop Tarts that Nordegren is instead ready to end their five-and-a-half year marriage

“Elin and Tiger have been talking daily now,” said our insider. “But it is mostly divorce talk.”

Nordegren has apparently been meeting intensively with her divorce lawyer, and is expected to file for divorce from Woods.

Soon after news of Woods’ alleged affairs hit headlines in November, Nordegren purchased a property of her own on the West coast of Sweden. We’re now told that construction on the home has stepped up considerably over the past week, prompting speculation that Nordegren is preparing to move in as soon as possible.

The 30-year-old mother of two was also spotted boarding a private jet in Florida on Monday with their children and luggage in tow. It is believed she is spending time with friends and family in Sweden. 

Despite dealing with her husband’s infidelity while under intense media scrutiny, Nordegren is holding up relatively well considering the circumstances, added our source.

“She is just staying as strong as she possibly can,” the insider told Pop Tarts.

While Nordegren is playing mom and picking up the pieces of her personal life, it seems Woods is refocusing on his career. After placing fourth at the Masters, the pro golfer announced on his website that he will play the Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina which takes place from April 26, 2010 until May 2, 2010.  

And just hours after his estranged wife left the country, Woods apparently partied with pals at a local Orlando restaurant, RadarOnline reported.

Oprah Winfrey yesterday got spitting mad when asked if she would undergo DNA testing to learn the identity of her biological father.

“I will not be taking a paternity test, ever!” the usually unflappable talk-show queen snapped to The Post outside the Four Seasons hotel in Manhattan.

Norh Robinson, an 84-year-old Navy vet who lives in a VA hospital, had told The Post over the weekend that he is the billionaire superstar’s real father.

He is from Kosciusko, Miss., the sleepy rural town that Winfrey ditched at age 6.

But Winfrey said yesterday, “I’ve never heard of him. I know who is claiming to be my real father.

Robinson has insisted that he wants nothing to do with Oprah’s vast fortune – and only wants to meet his alleged daughter before dying.

But Winfrey – asked what Robinson could possibly gain by lying about her lineage – only further barked, “Get out of my face!” before pushing the Post reporter aside to jump into an SUV and head for lunch.

Winfrey was in town to attend the Matrix Awards luncheon at the Waldorf Astoria, honoring women in communications. She was the presenter for longtime pal Gayle King.

During her presentation, a rankled Winfrey appeared to even mock the ailing Robinson.

“Last week was a rough week for Gayle [King] when a so-called biography came out,” Winfrey said, referring to the unauthorized tome by Kitty Kelley. “Every day, she’s getting herself more and more worked up about all of my new daddies that are now showing up. New daddies who are saying, ‘Hello daughter, call me, I need a new roof.’ Well, this too shall pass.”

Oprah was raised by mom Vernita Lee, 75, and Lee’s longtime boyfriend, Vernon Winfrey. Winfrey considers Vernon her father but has reportedly conceded that he’s not her biological dad.

Last week, the National Enquirer first reported Robinson’s alleged shared genetics with Winfrey.

Winfrey was born in January, 1954, so Lee, now 75, would have been barely 18 when she conceived the future TV powerhouse.

“[Lee] told me she was grown, but I don’t know how old she was,” Robinson said. “I should have waited and found out before I went as far as I did with her.”

Asked if he ever loved Oprah’s mom, Robinson said: “As a friend.”

Robinson claims that he mailed a heartfelt letter to Winfrey several years ago, asking to meet her and offering to take a paternity test.

The ailing vet said he included his Social Security number and a picture of himself from his Navy days. But Winfrey, he said, never responded.

The couple were married in a hospital room in 1997 three days before Larry King underwent surgery to clear a clogged blood vessel. They have two sons, ages 11 and 9. The petitions differ in that Larry King is seeking joint custody, while his 50-year-old wife wants physical custody.

Larry King is also asking a judge not to award his wife any spousal support and to invalidate an agreement in which he transferred property to her, court records show.

Shawn King’s petition seeks spousal support from her husband, along with ownership of the couple’s home in Beverly Hills, Calif., and two properties in Utah.

“His major concern is the welfare of his children,” said Howard Rubenstein, a spokesman for Larry King, adding that the talk-show host would not comment further on the divorce.

King’s nightly news and interview show has been a CNN mainstay for nearly 25 years. He has three children from previous relationships.

The couple started house-hunting in California shortly after their marriage and lived in Beverly Hills. He is a Los Angeles Dodgers season ticket-holder and announced the start of the team’s home opener to fans Tuesday.

LOS ANGELES – Dennis Hopper is terminally ill and unable to undergo chemotherapy as he battles prostate cancer, his attorney wrote in a court filing.

Attorney Joseph Mannis wrote about the “Easy Rider ” star’s grave condition in a declaration filed Wednesday asserting the actor cannot be questioned by his wife’s attorneys in a deposition.

The prognosis contradicts previous filings in the divorce proceedings that were bullish about Hopper’s recovery chances.

Hopper, 73, and his wife, Victoria, have been locked in a bitter feud since the actor, director and artist filed to end the couple’s nearly 14-year marriage in January.

He weighs barely 100 pounds and was described by his physician Dr. David Agus in the court filing as extremely weak and unable to carry on long conversations.

Agus states that undergoing a deposition “could actually threaten his ability to survive his current health crisis.”

The doctor added, however, that he approved an appearance Friday by Hopper to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame because it is likely to be a positive experience.

A phone message seeking comment from Victoria Hopper’s attorney, Sorrell Trope, was not immediately returned. Mannis did not return a call seeking further comment.

Hopper filed a declaration last month saying he was undergoing promising chemotherapy treatments and remained hopeful “that this treatment will be successful so that I may soon resume the full enjoyment of my life and work.”

Dennis and Victoria Hopper have agreed to stay 10 feet away from each other while the divorce is ongoing. She has stated in court filings that Hopper filed for divorce to cut her out of her inheritance, a claim the actor has denied.

The case is scheduled for a court hearing on April 5.
